Marie and Hope provided one stop service; they liaised with both the buyers and sellers attorneys, home, chimney, septic, radon and township inspectors. They liaised with local repairmen to address anything raised by the aforementioned inspectors. They facilitated the switch over of utility services to the new buyer.
